Students who need an ADAP Certificate must complete the form at least 24 hours before the test. All students must have passed the course at Druid Hills HS.
Students who took ADAP through Health at another school will need to contact the school for the ADAP Certificate.
An alternative option is to take the free eADAP course which will generate a certificate at the successful completion of the course.
