  • Joyner to engage DHAA re: watchdog for booster clubs
  • Tamara to share draft of modernization context and communication plan for modernization to PAC in next meeting.

  • Mark will send via Principal blast (email and text). Push over to Odette to include in Sunday PTO email.
  • Mark will invite the interested teacher to our next meeting. Ms. Brown indicated her interest in working on scheduling, along with bringing on a college counselor
  • Mark will share his report separately as an attachment.
  • PAC members give feedback on communication by Monday, 1/23/23.
  • All PAC members review the Family School Community Engagement section of Priority 1 and 2 in the CSIP prior ot the next meeting. The link to the CSIP can be found from the DHHS PAC website (just google it).
  • Terry will draft a letter to COO. Letter should be sent to PAC and then go through Mark to be sent.
